Single reports
If you have paid £3.99 for a single report and have not yet generated it, email us and we will refund you in full. Once a report has been generated and exported, the service has been delivered.
Pro monthly
Cancel at any time from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first Pro payment and have not generated a report or a dispute letter, we will refund that payment.
Pro annual
The same 14-day condition applies to the first annual payment. After that we refund the unused whole months at our discretion if you leave the tenancy early.
How to ask
Email refunds@mytenancyfile.co.uk from the address on your account, with the reference number of the report if there is one. We aim to reply within three working days.
